Terms of use
Last updated 27 October 2026
These terms apply to everyone who uses Perse AI Assistants, a service provided by The Perse School. By signing in you agree to them.
Who may use the service
- The service is for teachers and staff of schools that The Perse School has given access to.
- Keep your username and password within your school's authorised staff, and don't publish them. Tell the Perse team if you think an account has been misused.
- Access may be changed, paused or withdrawn at any time, for example when an account expires or a monthly usage limit is reached.
Using the assistants
- Use the assistants for professional, educational purposes related to each assistant's topic. They will decline unrelated requests and do not write computer code or create images.
- Do not enter personal or sensitive information about pupils, parents or colleagues.
- Do not try to make an assistant ignore its instructions, reveal its configuration, or produce inappropriate content.
- Do not attempt to overload, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service.
AI answers can be wrong
Answers are generated by artificial intelligence. Although the assistants draw on materials provided by The Perse School, they can make mistakes, misread sources or be out of date. Check important information, and use your own professional judgement before acting on it. Answers are not official policy unless confirmed by the school.
Content
- The assistants' knowledge materials belong to The Perse School and are provided for use within your school. Please don't republish them outside your school without permission.
- Conversations are not stored by the service (see the privacy notice). If you download a transcript, you are responsible for storing it appropriately.
The service
The service is provided "as is", without any guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. These terms may be updated; the date above shows when they last changed. Questions: please contact the Perse team who gave you access.
